Paul has over thirty years experience in Education in the classroom, as a Headteacher, Child Safeguarding Designated Person and as a governor. He has worked in primary and secondary schools, in the maintained and the independent sector within the UK and overseas. He has been a school assessor & inspector, and Safeguarding Advisor for a Local Education Authority.
Paul delivers training for Children’s Services, West Midlands Police and to independent care providers, as well as in maintained and independent schools and to alternative education providers. He also provides interim management solutions for Children’s Services in School Improvement and Workforce Development
