Peer on Peer Abuse

We offer face to face training in schools and other venues, as this seems to be more successful in encouraging interaction and discussion. However, we also offer the same training remotely, using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

This staff training course has been developed in response to Government guidance "Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment between Children in Schools and Colleges" and to the increased emphasis in Keeping Children Safe in Education, following the "Everyone's Invited" campaign.

Not all child on child abuse is of a sexual nature, although there is an apparent rise in this especially with the increased use of social media, by younger and younger children as well as teenagers. Therefore, while this course focuses on sexual abuse and harassment between children and young people it also draws elements from anti-cyberbullying training, the psychology of bullying and general E-safety.

For all management, teaching and support staff - delivered in your school or service base. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.
